I ordered these lights to replace the discolored standard headlights in my 1996 Dodge truck. The removal and installation went okay though the bottom bolt is difficult to access and some "persuading" out and in was required. I did not care much for the original lights because the high beams left a lot to be desired. These lights on low beam put out a conical beam that covers the lane ahead but doesn't illuminate the roadside too well. The older Lucas Lights (from England) shone a narrow "pencil" beam and these are reminiscent of those, though the beams are wider.
